The rays of the sun are very powerful and penetrate most cloth. So even though you might not be burning underneath that bikini bottom, your tattoo will be slowly fading. Color Guard® is not a sun tan lotion. It is a product developed to combat the rays of the sun and preserve your artwork and the rich vibrant colorations Yes in any weather, sun or cloudy hot or cold.
